You are not from here, this green and blue orb. You are from a completely different planet, but you are stuck on Earth, after the locals found your vehicle. They know you walk among them, and they are not happy. You are lucky you appear to look just like them. Your only hope is to blend in completely with society, raise no suspicion for you and your fleet of aliens. You can read the minds of the humans, but not of each other. Any gadgets or weapons you may have had were destroyed when you landed. You have no food, no currency, no shelter - only each other. The mothership will come, but until then, you must survive on your own
